These kits are laser-cut from smoothly milled wood so that parts fit together precisely. Kits contain all wood parts, plastic window material, shingles or roofing material (where indicated), and complete instructions with suggestions for painting and weathering the structure.

This kit is designated as a '**' kit. This multi-purpose building has plastic windows and doors for ease of construction, and includes paper roof shingles.

Degree of construction difficulty is indicated as follows:

* Beginner: requires little or no previous modeling experience and/or assembles quickly with good results.

** Intermediate, usually requires some previous modeling experience; takes a little longer to assemble. Ambitious beginners can also attempt.

*** Advanced, requires previous modeling experience for most people. Will require several hours to complete; attention to detail is important for an impressive finished model.
